Line starting below little finger (ulnar side) and running below index finger (radial side) is called a heart line.
Sometimes it stops below the middle finger. We will see common variations below.

There are two basic forms of heart lines:
Curved heart line (Blue arrow)– It curves under middle finger OR between middle & index finger— it represents the warm, & emotional approach to matters of love
Straight line (Red arrow)– It remains straight and stops under index finger OR before that– it represents the cool & thoughtful approach to matters of love
